Committee on Ways and Means (COWME)

The Committee on Ways and Means is headed by Business Manager, supported by PRO and supervised by 1st Vice President .

It is one of the 5 Constitutional Committees of PICE (Singapore) 

(a) COWME shall be responsible for generating funds for the operations and affairs of the Institute, including conducting fund raising campaigns approved by the BOD. COWME is tasked to purchase and generate PO to all items required by the organization for its events. COWME is also authorized to sign venue and catering to all organization events.

(b) This Committee shall be responsible for arranging or obtaining the necessary permits, if one is so required, from the concerned Singapore Government authorities for any affair, event or activity of the Institute.

(c) This Committee is open to all members.
