COMMITTEE ON PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CoPD)
(a) CoPD shall be responsible for determining and recommending to the BOD for confirmation, candidates for the Honorary Members and other honours and awards that may be conferred to any member in recognition of his/her exemplary and outstanding contribution to the Institute and the Civil Engineering profession as a whole.
(b) This Committee shall be responsible for facilitating the conduct of review courses and supplemental group studies deemed necessary to Associate Members who are attending the review class and other Filipino Civil Engineering Graduates working in the Republic of Singapore who wish to take up the sanctioned Special Professional Licensure Board Examination for Civil Engineering by the Philippines Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
(c) All bona fide instructors of the review class shall be an automatic member of this Committee.
(e) This Committee shall be responsible for preparing and maintaining a program for continuing technical and professional education to refresh and update members with the current and latest trends and technologies in Civil Engineering and its professional specialties.
(f) This Committee is open to all members.

TECHNICAL SEMINAR - UNIVERSITY OF THE IMMACULATE CONCEPTION (DAVAO)
PICE (Singapore) hosted a second Technical Seminar on July 13, 2024, this time catering to the University of the Immaculate Conception - Davao students visiting Singapore for their International Educational Tour.
The collaboration enhanced students' professional skills and knowledge within the construction industry. The Technical Seminar explored topics on the technological advancements, innovations, and digitalization driving sustainable development in Singapore.

TECHNICAL SEMINAR - COR JESU COLLEGE (DAVAO)
PICE (Singapore) hosted a Technical Seminar for College of Engineering and Technology of Cor Jesu College - Davao Students who had their International Educational Tour in Singapore.
The collaboration aimed to enhance students' professional skills and knowledge related to the construction industry. The seminar covered topics including sustainable construction practices, innovative technologies in engineering, and project management strategies with the goal of preparing students to meet industry standards and compete globally.
We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to our 3 excellent speakers in their field of expertise such as Engr. Arcenette Joy Viscara, Engr. Cyril Armentia and Engr. Maria Fe Valencia Toledo.
